Realty Marketing Plan

1.  Prepare an analysis to establish a marketable price for your property that will enable you to sell for top dollar.

2.  Establish a commission that will entice real estate agents within our MLS to be highly motivated to sell your property, yet keep it within a comfortable range for you.

3. After we have prepared and you have signed a listing agreement, we will place your listing in our Multiple Listing Service and the NW MLS, along with any pertinent pictures and maps.

4. Identify corners of your property, take pictures inside your home and outside, familiarize ourselves with every aspect of your property and either put a key in our office or place a lock box on your door.

5. Place your property on our Fasse North Cascade Realty website, along with pictures and all pertinent information to show your home at its best.  Our website is linked to the local Winthrop Chamber website, the local Methow Valley News website, MVSTA website, Medicine Wheel Internet Design website, etc.

6. We will place a brochure box outside your home for drive-by interest, containing flyers with enough information to peak further interest.           

7.  We will notify all members of our MLS that your property has been listed and is available for showing.

8. We’ll schedule an office tour with our 10 agents and then an open house for all the agents in our multiple.  We will serve a lunch and be available to introduce your home to these agents.

9. We will contact our buyers who are looking for a property like yours, advertise your home in our local paper, “Methow Valley News”, “Trails”, “Summer and Fall Guides”, and place your home in our newest brochure.

10. Our ten office agents will all be working hard to sell your property and I will keep you apprized of our progress and any interest shown by the other offices in our MLS.We will prepare information for other offices so that  they are fully informed and able to show your home at its best advantage.

11. We will pre-qualify buyers, keep you informed of activity, and help you in the negotiation of any sale offers.

12. We will be with you from beginning to the end of a sale.  We will be available at all times until a closing is final.

13. We realize how important selling your home is to you.  It is important to us too.  We are very grateful for the trust our sellers have in us, and we strive to show our appreciation by being the best agents and office in the Methow.
